I’m an entrepreneur, retreat leader, online course creator, speaker, and dreamer. My work shares some common goals: liberating people from fear, building their confidence, and helping them go after their dreams. I’ve worked with everyone from CEOs to non-profit organizations to those with big ideas but no plan in place. And I find (most often) that people’s greatest untapped resource is their own light. My teaching centers on how to access that light practically and daily, so you can create real change from within. I’m also the creator of the goal-setting, wish-granting jewelry company Wishbeads, and author of the book Wishwork.

I dreamed I could be an actress on the big stages and screens…
I’ve always been a people person. From the time I was a little girl, I loved chatting with strangers, asking endless questions about life, and amusing my family lip synching Oldies. I took that passion for people and studied Theater at Northwestern University and later at The Yale School of Drama where I received my MFA in Acting. As an actress, it’s all about digging deep into a character’s wants and needs. The more specific you get, the richer the story becomes. It’s like peeling back layers and discovering what makes someone light up, dig deep, and take action, and the drama that unfolds when they face their obstacles. After graduation, I headed to New York, then Los Angeles to give the entertainment business a go. I’ve had my fair share of moments in the limelight—appearing on hit TV shows like NCIS, Lie To Me, Jag, Numb3rs, CSI and countless commercials—after a time there was always this little voice inside me wondering, “What’s next?“
I dreamed I could teach people in the board room and online anywhere in the world…
So, here’s the thing—while I absolutely loved stepping into the shoes of different characters, I found myself equally drawn to helping everyday people find their own star power instead of endlessly comparing themselves to celebrities and influencers. That’s what led me to become a public speaking teacher and confidence coach. Working with big-shot execs, non-profit teams, and people from all walks of life, I got to help them unleash their inner boldness and ignite what I call their “1000 Watt Presence”. I believe your light naturally radiates when you tap into your heart, release your fear, and speak with authenticity.
I’ve taught executives, teams, and companies of all sizes how to connect more fully to themselves and each other. From Trader Joe’s and SONY, to Dress For Success and the National Charity League, to an appearance on The Today Show—I’ve empowered hundreds of thousands of individuals and teams to, focus their vision, articulate their goals, engage more meaningfully with customers, and communicate better with each other, on stage, and in front of the camera.
I dreamed of self-empowerment product while taking a shower.
It happened one ordinary morning while I was in the shower: Wishbeads. I heard the name and I envisioned the product. Turning written wishes into little paper beads that you string together—like a vision board you wear on your wrist–to help you remember and take action toward what you desire. It took heart and hustle to take that idea and make it a reality. Seeing Wishbeads featured on major shows like The View, Good Morning America, and on OWN, was truly a wish come true.
What started as a paper-bead making kit, turned into the original Intention-setting jewelry line featuring gemstone bracelets and necklaces. The teaching of wishing, evolved from 21 days of inbox inspiration, to a book entitled Wishwork, where I reveal the secrets to an entirely new way to wish, while offering a fresh approach to manifesting your desires, one day at a time.
I dreamed of millions of people believing in their wishes and changing their lives at last.
My company Wishbeads isn’t just about jewelry. It’s about sparking a movement—a whole new way of thinking about wishes and intentions. My mission? To help people everywhere to wake up and wish. Wake up and realize that their old habits, beliefs, and behaviors are keeping them from accessing their greatest power–the power they have to connect with their heart, imagine their best life, and bring that vision (wish!) to reality.
I’ve brought wishing to thousands of kids in schools and after-school programs. I’ve brought wishing to corporate executives and their teams. I’ve brought wishing to individuals and families and I’m just getting started. It’s time to wake up and wish together–to see, feel, and imagine the life we want to live and the world we want to live in.
